1. Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for our Shared Hosting plans. If you cancel your service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the hosting service price.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals.
• Dedicated Servers (due to provisioning costs).
• SSL Certificates once issued.
• System administration services or custom configuration.
• Any service contracted with a discount or through promotional codes (unless otherwise stated).

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must open a support ticket through our customer service center or send us an email at [email protected] indicating your username and the reason for cancellation.

4. Processing Time

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe) within a period of 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Later Cancellations

Cancellations made after the 30-day guarantee period will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may continue to use the service until the end of the paid billing cycle.

6. Service Abuse

Refunds will not be granted to customers whose accounts have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., spam, hosting illegal content, etc.).
