1. DMCA Compliance & Takedown Requests

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), RunnerHost will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the RunnerHost service and/or the RunnerHost website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

2. How to File a DMCA Notice

To be effective under the DMCA, a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to our Designated Agent and must include substantially the following information:

• Information reasonably sufficient to permit RunnerHost to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, RunnerHost has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, subscribers, or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
